Standard Shipping

• Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
• Most orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days, unless a different timeline is mentioned on the product page.

Pre-Order Items

• Pre-order products are dispatched within 8–10 business days.
• Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–4 business days.

Order Cancellation

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

COD Security Fee

Is the ₹120 COD payment refundable?

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹120 non-refundable security fee is collected at checkout to confirm your order. This amount is adjusted against your final payable amount at the time of delivery.
