Returns & Exchanges

Need a Different Size?

If your piece isn't the right fit, we're happy to help with an exchange.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If your requested size is unavailable, you may:

    • Choose another product of equal value, or

    • Wait for the item to be restocked.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • Original packaging must be intact.

  • All tags and labels must remain attached.

  • Exchanges are only available for products that have alternative size options.

Exchange Charges

  • A flat ₹125 exchange shipping fee applies.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Only one exchange request per order is permitted.

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your item, it will undergo a quality inspection. After approval, we'll process your exchange and keep you updated throughout the process.


Returns & Cancellations

At OffGrid Club, every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

Returns

As a general policy, we do not offer returns or refunds for products delivered in perfect condition.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and processed.

Incorrect or Defective Items

In the rare event that:

  • You receive the wrong product, or

  • Your item has a genuine manufacturing defect,

we will verify the issue and arrange a replacement. Once approved, the correct item will be dispatched within 10 business days.


Missing or Damaged Items

Important: Unboxing Video Required

For any claims related to:

  • Missing products

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

an unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory and serves as the only valid proof for review and replacement eligibility.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.
