Need a Different Size?

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Exchange Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Exchanges are only available for size-related issues.

• A flat ₹125 exchange fee applies.

• Only one exchange per order is allowed.

If your preferred size is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or wait for restocking.

Returns & Cancellations

• We do not offer returns or refunds on items delivered in perfect condition.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

• Custom-made items cannot be cancelled or returned.

Wrong or Defective Item

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we'll arrange a replacement after verification.

Missing or Damaged Items

An unboxing video is required for any missing, damaged, or incorrect item claims and serves as the only valid proof for replacement requests.
